This full moon marks the first in the new astrological year and the final moon cycle before eclipse season. So enjoy the harmony as eclipse season can bring some chaos 🥴
As we are in a new astrological year use this moon to really release all that sh*t you don't want to bring with you, it's a time to rebirth and grow!!
Write down all what you need to forgive and release go back to as far as your childhood of needed but take the time to do it, then light it up burn it and watch it all disappear under the moonlight. Visualising all what holds you back, makes you feel crap, causes you pain, hurt, etc leaving you, let that sh*t go!! Over the next day or so you will feel lighter, released, happier and ready to start fresh! Yes yes yes.

Mirror work is a really effective way of learning to love yourself and to help your affirmations really start to sink in.
Positive affirmations leave healing thoughts and ideas these then support us in developing, say, self-confidence, courage, self-worth, etc
The most powerful affirmations are those we say out loud when in front of a mirror. A mirror reflects back to us the feelings we have about ourselves. We become much more aware of the words we say and the things we do. We learn to take care of yourself.
