Next outdoor mediation, healing and soundbath will be held at the breakers beach area, across from torry battery , planned dates Sunday 28th but if the weather says no it'll be the Monday

Thank you to everyone that attended tonights beach mediation, healing and soundbath, was a lovely evening and so glad yous all got what you needed from it 🙏💕 a great healing evening releasing what doesn't serve ✨️

Keep an eye on our pages for the next date going up...will hopefully be held at torry battery breakers next time.

I now have 2 blow up single beds you can borrow for sessions🛌, these will be reserved for people with genuine need for them, those that can not lay on a yoga mat due to an ailment, pregnancy, arthritis, bad back, advancing years etc.
Please let me know if youd like to book one for a session, with there only being 2 it will be first come basis, however there's always options for making "beds" from chairs too.
We are all about comfort & adaptability 🙌

I am excited to introduce to you one of my new products ✨️

I made sage sprays a few years ago, and they were always a big hit. Well, I have a full range coming out, and here is the first!

Some people don't like burning sage or enjoy the smell but want to enjoy the cleansing properties of white sage 🍃

Infusing water with white sage brings out all the benefits of the sage without having to burn it. Adding in Amethyst and Nag Champa essential oil makes it a blissful combination.

Use these for a quick refresh or full house cleanse 💚

It is especially great for cleansing your room after a client or visitor and also your own aura field! Keeping the energy clear and cleansed ✨️
