After an exciting period of team growth, join us in wishing a warm welcome to IPS' newest People Hub Co-ordinator (aka HR), Juliette Mbah! Already bringing plenty of invigorating energy, a fantastic skillset and some fresh ideas, Juliette has hit the ground running to help support the IPS team.

Having graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, it seemed like the perfect fit to award Juliette with her first HR opportunity and a chance to develop everything she's learned and apply it to the dynamic IPS environment. Great to have you onboard, Juliette!

It's been another incredibly busy but rewarding time for IPS. The team continue working their way through an exciting series of projects, both new and old.

Committed to their efforts to take on whatever tasks come their way, the team recently fabricated a series of caisson clamps that were to be shipped overseas upon completion. All fully aligned and dimensionally checked to ensure they were within the tight tolerance required, each individual clamp was fabricated and put through a rigorous final check, performed in a full trial fit.

Another fantastic job and a satisfied client!

If you want a secure work culture, effective teamwork and results that stem from collaboration, you need to prioritise communication. Since 2017, IPS management have carried out a quarterly town hall meeting with all the staff both day and night shifts to provide updates and hear what they have to say and suggestions to help us move forward.

If making your voice heard and looking to push positive change isn't enough of an incentive, then the bonus of pizza and hot dogs certainly is. After 5 years the appetite has not reduced. Another successful team meeting from everyone involved to keep us on track to hitting targets and exceeding expectations - here's to the next quarter!

Fantastic night out on Friday as the IPS team proudly supported the Cove Rangers' amazing centenary dinner to celebrate the club's illustrious history.

After 2 years of hibernation, what an absolute joy it was to finally be attending events once again, having a much-needed catch-up with friends, colleagues and clients - and the speakers weren't too bad either! It's not every day you get to hear the greatest manager of all time speak, but when you do, you listen. It was also a pleasure to hear Dick Campbell discuss life on the other end of the football spectrum and reflect on the unlikely achievements of his Arbroath team this season. A hugely inspiring evening, it was a testament to what good team spirit and effective management can achieve. Thanks for having us, Cove Rangers Football Club.
