I'd love to share with you a little about some of the treatments & therapies I offer...

Energy not only runs through but also surrounds our physical body (our energy field or aura as it can also be known) With day to day living we encounter people, situations & circumstances that impact how we feel. Some of us may have developed a tendency to repress or even attempt to block negative emotions from surfacing, often subconsciously. This hugely impacts us on many levels. Often how we feel mentally & emotionally & potentially even our physical health if we continue doing this long term. SourceSTAR is intended for releasing & letting go of dense, negative energy so we can heal all we need energetically, moving forward feeling lighter, less weighted & with a greater sense of peace, happiness & contentment.

Facials are not just a "pamper" session. I've experienced people who've expressed relief from sinus issues, tension headaches, pain relief from bruxism & TMD & also many a time witnessed increased self confidence due to improvements in acne, rosacea & other skin concerns. A facial can also deeply hydrate skin reducing the appearance of dehydration lines which can often be mistaken as wrinkles. The massage during a facial improves blood flow & circulation allowing skin a more healthy glow.

Relaxation & hot stone massage encourages tight, tense muscles to relax. Tension causes discomfort & pain often impacting our mood & day to day living. Many people have no idea just how tense their bodies are until they experience the difference after having a massage. Lymphatic drainage movements during massage drain lactic acid & waste to the nearest lymph nodes alleviating tension & nodules. This coupled with the heat from the basalt stones is an ideal combination. When our body feels good, we feel good & our mood greatly improves.

Reflexology is incredibly relaxing & the possibilities of healing with it are vast including regulating the nervous system, reduction in stress, menopausal or peri menopausal symptoms, PMT, urinary infections, asthma & breathing conditions, IBS, sluggish digestion, improved sleep & supporting with the skeletal & muscular systems to name just a few. It is also incredibly supportive in helping with anxiety symptoms by working on the reflex points of the stress system.

Guided mediation is a wonderful way to encourage an overthinking, busy mind to let go. So many of us lead such hectic, busy lives if we do ever catch a minute to ourselves we can find it exceptionally difficult to truly relax & feel peaceful. I've written my own meditations to help support at various times in life. When we create quietness in our minds it allows the space needed for gaining insight & wisdom.
