Yoga Dance and Sound Bath

Join us in a new initiative where we combine yoga dance and sound therapy to create a sense of inner awareness, presence and freedom.

This session will encourage you to find relaxation and inner peace as we synchronise movements and breathe in gentle flowing yoga inspired dance. The morning will end with a meditation, sound bath and refreshments.

You don't need to be Darcey Bussell to enjoy and benefit from this class, so come and mindfully move with us!
