So I was approached by a customer that had already paid a contractor to install there bathroom.

Unfortunately they were left with a mess.
Live sockets in wet areas ! Terrible carpentry
Terrible tiling, un fire rated spotlights that wouldn’t recess into the ceiling, loose plaster ! Soil pipe left un supported on conservatory

We decided to rip it all out and start fresh

Sockets removed, boiler housed in safe area as per manufactures guidelines
Fire rated spotlights
New flooring
Loose plaster removed and re skimmed

Bespoke Oak shelf’s installed
