A poorly constructed deck removed and replace with the right timbers any the right spacing.
This deck was originally fitted by another company, unfortunately they had used the wrong size timber with massive spacing between the joists and a whole list of other issues.
The team removed and re dug the whole area and fixed the area to stop bouncing of the decking and make sure rain water didn’t run into the house. This was probably one of the hardest jobs we have undertaken this year with the catalogue of errors from previous the person that installed the original deck but we persevered and the outcome was stunning

We have been very quiet with post lately due to being extremely busy but lots of posts of work will be coming soon here’s a sneak peak of a job we are currently working on for a new client in camberley a one off build for a developer that we are currently carrying out 2nd fix work on it’s been a bit hot but we are smashing through it and the client is very happy 🥵🥵

Nice re visit to a kitchen project started last month, the final end panels arrived and a new floor laid for another happy customer.
10 year old dark kitchen brightened up with a new white gloss handless kitchen and old bronze floor tiles covered with a lovely slate look vinyl click floor. Massive thanks to Scott Edmunds for another top notch job on the electrics and Andy Gray for a last minute call out to sort out some dodgy gas pipe work.

This outbuilding was completely rebuilt from the ground up, the old lean-to shabby shed removed and replaced with a brand new one. We added an office so the customer can work from home, all designed and built by us.

Internal spec was finished off simply but effectively by us and all spotlit and fully wired by Martin Peter Hanchant Mph-services, professionally felted by Simon Baker , top work as always. The customer has since moved home and has told us that it added greatly to the value of their home as well as being a huge selling point.

Made to measure bespoke cabinet to fit sky box and hide cables.
All cables hidden by running 50mm waste pipe inside the chimney extension so no cables on show at all.
Floating shelves evenly space in the alcove.

Kitchenette completed this week in an ongoing project in Southampton for Kitch Building
Roof completed by us in January, Studwork erected and ceilings insulated and boarded. All starting to come together and looks stunning with the high ceilings giving the annex a much bigger feel.
