Another finished job. This customer wanted to create a downstairs utility and wash room in an existing storage room which wasn’t being used to its potential . We blocked up the door which lead to the rear of the property, plastered throughout with custom built storage units to contain washer and dryer. New toilet and wash basin really compliments this look and makes for a functional modern day space for busy households. Due to a manic year of work and moving house ourselves we haven’t really had time to post finished projects but we will start uploading all our finished renovations now! Anyway here is one bathroom we completed not long ago.

Stripped back to nothing. Another stunning transformation in Edwalton. This downstairs w/c was desperate for a renovation. When we stripped this back we were surprised to see that there had been a very big leak under the previous floor which had caused a big mess. All the floor was replaced with new flooring, New terazzo tiles, plastered throughout all new fittings and fixtures installed with Lusso Stone Products. What a transformation, this bathroom was screaming out for a refurb and modernisation. We stripped this bathroom right back to nothing, plastered walls and ceiling. Brand new floorboards extraction unit and spot lights installed. The customer wanted a storage unit other than the wall one but wanted it hidden. I managed to make this behind the tiled wall with a push close system. Stylish grey tiles with plain white and chrome fixtures has transformed this bathroom.

Another lovely bathroom completed last week. The customers wanted to stick with the theme of Victorian keeping there existing bath and radiator. This room was striped back, new soil waste pipe dug out to allow the extra space for the enclosed shower. Floor screeded and levelled. Radiator moved.

Full refurb in Mapperley Park completed back in April,but due to being so busy we haven’t had the chance to upload any pictures. Bulk head removed in the kitchen area and new kitchen installed. New bathroom installed including plastering and a state of the art all singing and dancing toilet. Plastered the whole apartment,new flooring laid throughout also. Rose pendant installed on the ceiling and new window reveals installed. Full re-wire and even managed to install new composite decking and new outside tap. Another happy customer 👍🏼

Had to strip it right back, board and plaster the ceiling and walls. New floor boards.

Nice understairs conversion completed this week. Stud work in,spot lights, all appliances installed with half tiled walls and tiled floor completely transforms this unused understairs space into a useful cloakroom. Tiled the hallway with the same tiles to continue the theme. Also managed to tile the kitchen floor as an extra requested by the clients.
