So yesterday it was our 1 year anniversary of taking over the The Lamb!!!
It’s been a challenge! But it’s definitely worth it!!
Lots has changed… the refurb, more cameras and security, door checks,
( because that’s what we want!) change in music and DJ’s..and lots of lovely new customers, and regulars.
The Lamb’s reputation is slowly changing, as it’s not how it used to be…and it’s hard work! But it’s going in the right direction… back to the fun party pub it was some years back.
It’s taken us this first year to figure out what works and what doesn’t, and the changing seasons, sports, events… and so much goes on behind the scenes, just to keep the doors open. The DJ’s have fully supported changing the music, and our Area Managers have been fantastic!

During this year… we couldn’t have done it without these guys…
Our slightly dysfunctional ‘Lamb Family’! We’re all slightly odd in our own way😂
This pub is not for the faint hearted! Weekends are busy and very hard work. We’re a very close team, and we all want what’s best for The Lamb and to create a good, fun atmosphere. That’s why it just works….
It’s not just the bar staff that make it family… it’s the door team and DJ’s too!
And we have fun while we’re at it!!
