How can protein help with weightloss?
Increasing your protein intake throughout the day reduces your hunger levels, the hunger hormone that signals to your brain when you are hungry is reduced with a higher protein diet.
Some examples for you: chicken breast, tin of tuna, salmon, eggs, are all good lean sources of protein.
Having a source of protein with every main meal can help you stay satisfied until your next meal, helping you to stop the snacking 🍪🍩🍫

This is Charleen she is well on her way to losing 5kg 😆
We have set daily movement goals to increase her energy expenditure, she been eating nutritious meals whilst cutting down on the snacks and exercising with me each week.
She is a working mum so preparing her breakfast and lunch the night before has been helping her with staying on track 😃
It can be super hard when you have young children to have the energy to exercise and move more and to eat a healthier diet, but she has been doing just that and doing amazing ❤
What's one thing that prevents you from losing weight?
Lyndsey found herself getting into some habits that weren't pushing her in the right direction for weight loss and she needed some extra help to get back on track.
Working in a school environment she was struggling with the yummy cakes and treats in the office and just with the snacking in general.
She was exercising 4 times every week however eating all of the wrong types of food.
Over the last couple of months we have been working together, setting new goals and re-establishing those good daily habits.... She has now lost 10lbs and is getting really close to her goal weight 😁
She is working super hard, putting the time and effort in each week to plan her meals for the week ahead, making sure they are good nutritious meals to keep herself heading towards that weight loss goal! 😁
Hydration is a great place to start when building healthier daily habits.
2L- 3L of water or 6-8 500ml glasses of water daily is a good goal to aim for.
Try having:-
1 glass of water first thing in the morning
1 glass with every meal/ mid morning/ afternoon snacks.
1 glass in the evening

- Removes potential harmful by products and environmental toxins from your body.
- Helps maintain your temperature.
- Helps transport nutrients we need to survive.
- Helps with energy levels and brain function.

After spending lots of time studying nutrition and fitness, I am on a mission to help as many women as I can to lose the weight they want to lose.
Growing up we are not taught about food, which is absolutely mental!! The impact it has on our lives short term and long term is HUGE!!
I used to eat very little when I was in my 20's feeling like it was the only way to stay slim, lived off super noodles for my lunch 😅 because they were low in calories, having boring salads that weren't filling because thats what I grew up to believe I had to do to stay slim, I was slim but never felt good for it, I was always hungry, and lacked energy.
Now I eat lots of the right foods, with treats here and there and I find this to be perfect for weight management, mental health, feeling energised (even on a bad nights sleep). Now I want to help others feel the same 😀

We started working together to make changes to Lyndsey's diet and her exercise routine in mid March, she has lost 7lbs so far!!!!🥳🥳
She has worked extremely hard to change her diet, focussing on eating nutritious meals and cutting out lots of the processed snacks, whilst also keeping a few things she enjoys.
She has been focussing on her movement and getting her exercise sessions in throughout the week.
Absolutely amazing, 3lbs off her first goal weight.

Charleen has made incredible progress over the last month.
