This week I have changed the background on the two horses because I really wasn't happy with it so went for a more neutral one

I also started the foals in the second pic, I loved the photo so this is not a commission and prints will be available of this when it's finished 😊

The next wood painting for the yard, background is almost done and starting to block in the horse 😊

2 paw shaped signs for the doggy daycare, made out of marine ply 😊

I’m gonna need a workshop at this rate 😂🥵

So this was something very different to what I normally do, a huge 6ft sign of a logo to go on a building for a new business ☺️

Need to wait for this to dry now before I carry on 🙄 but I made a start on the bridle, his head is nowhere near finished yet but I think his body and neck are ☺️

I also need to get a better camera I think 🤔

Did some work on this boy today ☺️

The 3rd painting is up with the others now, onto the next one ☺️

The grey is coming to life a bit more now he has an eye, and I did a rough base coat on the chestnut ☺️

You probably can’t see much of a difference but the body has all had a final coat tonight and been blended and the base coat of the head is down ☺️

Spent a couple of hours on this tonight ☺️

It’s finished ☺️ just to varnish and deliver it ☺️

Hey guys, I’ve been neglecting this page a little bit because of work and other stuff 🌞😂

However I have been getting on with painting my exmoor pony for The 4 Gaits Riding School and also a double horse oil painting ☺️

I’ve also done some more to this, still a long way to go ☺️

Finished my blue tit today ☺️ just needs to dry and varnish

So I’m not far off finishing my little blue tit.

I wasn’t going to post this painting of Mia and Bert because I was a bit scared how it would turn out! 😂 I’m pretty pleased with it so far though ☺️ obviously still a long way to go!

My next horse on wood is awaiting materials 🙄

Base colour is all down now, time to do details ☺️

Did a little bit more to this ☺️ next up all the feathers and details 😳

Got the oils out today to do a bit to this while waiting for the next bit of wood for the horse paintings ☺️

Finished, varnished and ready for delivery tomorrow ☺️

The grass is almost done and I’ve done some more on the horse ☺️

I started on his mane today and blocking in some colours on his head, typically ran out of black paint so it’ll be back to grass tomorrow 😩😂

Started lightening up the grass today ☺️

Didn’t quite get as much done today as I wanted but I finished the fence and beyond and the first layer of grass is down ☺️
