Hi, I’m Lamínn and I’m passionate about helping people to improve their wellbeing through healthier choices in food and lifestyle. I work one to one with clients on personalised nutrition, addressing root causes and supporting lifestyle change. I have worked with weight loss, type 2 diabetes, fatigue, gut issues and more. I also work with groups, informing and educating on nutrition and health topics through talks, workshops and group courses.
Nutritional therapy uses the functional medicine approach of seeking and addressing the root cause of illness, analysing the whole person and the whole picture to determine the underlying imbalances that are causing ill feeling. We work collaboratively supporting your body to bring alignment, fine tuning and optimal functioning. We look at the internal body’s systems as well as the external environmental factors. We look at supplementation and functional tests.
I am registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I offer a complimentary 30 minute Introductory Call where we can discuss your health concerns and discover how I could be of help.
I look forward to helping you and offering face to face consultations at the Aylesbury Therapy Centre. Please get in touch.

I also use CBT, transactional analysis, mindfulness and creative therapies. Having this range means that I can adapt to suit you and whatever you choose to bring to therapy.

Hi, I’m Camilla, I am a cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapist. I support all ages, children and teenagers from 6 up as well as adults, with making changes in their lives.
Cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH) is based on the idea that your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are interconnected, and that you can change them by using your imagination, suggestion, and expectation. Visualisation is a powerful tool to help you feel more in control of your situation and able to make the changes you want to make.
Hypnotherapy can help you manage a variety of problems, such as anxiety, stress, phobias and pain. It can support weight loss goals and quitting smoking and other habits. It can also help you enhance your performance, confidence, and well-being.
My approach is highly personalised and we would start with setting goals and deciding what changes you want to make. We would find different tools and techniques to support you in making the changes you want to make! Sessions are often relaxing and I create a welcoming, safe space.
