I have been quiet on this page as I've been focusing on my full time job whilst studying for my Diploma in Nutrition 📚

I hope to have it completed in the New Year. 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣

It's taken a lot longer than I expected but I have found it incredibly interesting and will be updating my plans with the new information I have gained not only from the course, but various workshops, retreats and inspirational people I have met in the past year.

Ashley Thomas of FWD Motion Fitness and Personal Training has been doing brilliant things recently starting fun fitness classes in the spring sunshine around Oxford ☀️

These classes are fun, COVID safe and focus on beginners and those who may have lost some confidence in their fitness journey. They are perfect for those looking for a safe space to fall back in love with excercise at their own pace (a group of people a lot of exercise professionals and gyms neglect).

The perfect way to ease yourself in gently or start socialising again after a year of isolation or limited social contact 👍🏻
