**Community Help and Information Point Volunteer needed**
Citizen Advice give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward. Citizens Advice are looking for CHIP volunteers to make a difference in people’s lives. CHIP volunteering is a bit like a triage to explore what the client may want assistance with, and find information in the public domain to help them to understand their options or possibly refer them onto Advice. CHIP volunteering is conducted at venues within your community. Full training and support will be given. The role will be based close to your location, although travel expenses will be reimbursed. We would envisage a minimum commitment of 2 hours a week.
