brewed in Munich since 1894 this light golden lager is perfect for a summer Sunday afternoon slurp 😋. The Earls kitchen is also open so you can enjoy a traditional German bratwurst 🌭 in our beer garden in the Elsecar Heritage Centre

We are very pleased to announce the dates for the annual Barnsley CAMRA - The Campaign for Real Ale festival for 2024.

Following on from the successful event last year, we are offering real ale, craft beer, cider, gin all served up with good food and music over three days. Full details will be announced soon.

In celebration of England's outstanding performance last night, HB Clark is extending our hours this Saturday to help you prepare for the big final on Sunday evening.

Instead of our usual 7:00am - 10:00pm schedule, we will be taking orders from 7:00am until 12:00pm, with deliveries running up until 2:00pm on Saturday.

A day out in Chesterfield, home to the “Crooked Spire”. The lead tiles used to cover the spire’s timbers (Over 32 tonnes of lead tiles) created such a heavy weight that the timbers simply couldn’t bear the strain, and twisted alarmingly. Visited a number of Micropubs, Brewery Pubs and Independent pubs throughout the day.

It’s Northern Monk’s Hop City festival this weekend where many great first pours have taken place including Verdant’s mighty Putty.

Each year, NMBCo collaborate to make a Festival brew and we have it on tap this weekend. This 6% IPA is super smashable, overloaded with Azacca, Idaho 7 & Columbus hops.

Also pouring are:

- 4.2% Session IPA, Glass Tiles from Pen*stone’s Woodland brewing that gorgeously drinkable - especially in the sunshine
- 5% Pale Ale, Sundialer from Verdant
- 6.5% Old Ale, So Interesting - Left Handed Giant’s homage to an 1885 ale that’s not too dissimilar to Old Peculiar
- 5% Passionfruit & Nectarine Sorbet - Dairy-Free - Ice Cream Sour from Yonder Brewing * Running Low *
There’s a 5.2% Raspberry, passion fruit, and hibiscus sour ready to go: Pink Flamingo from Basqueland
- Paulaner’s 4.9% Munich Lager

Open until 11pm tonight; 12-7pm tomorrow!
