My online client Jade showing how to really make some positive changes in only 6 weeks!
Jade came to me wanting to get holiday ready and confident! Having coming to me already on a really low calorie intake we worked on increasing calories slowly whilst increasing daily movement and workout intensity, closely monitoring changes and progress each week to make sure we were being as gentle as possible! Attempting to get her metabolism and hormones to a balanced state before her holiday!
If there’s one thing I WILL not do is put my clients health at risk just to create ‘Instagram worthy’ transformations, I work closely with all my clients to ensure they’re hormones and metabolism are in the best condition they can be whilst most importantly enjoying the process!!
Jade noticed a massive increase in energy and more strength in the gym than she’s ever had! And look at that change in body comp in just 6 weeks!! 😍
Massive well done to you Jade! So excited to continue your journey with you! 💪

This first picture is my favourite because it shows just how much Samantha’s boys are part of her life and all the while grafting her arse off to be the best version of herself!
She smashes every session and would try to lift a bus if I told her it was possible! Then tell me to f**k off afterwards 😂 Force to be reckoned with which is why I’m excited to see where your determination takes you next! Absolute insane transformation over the 8 months we’ve been working together!
No quick fixes just positive life changes!

Laura’s transformation so far! If you know Laura’s transformation you know it goes a lot deeper than just physical!
Dealing with surgery at the beginning of the year Laura came to me to help her get into the shape she needed for the surgery to go ahead and now she’s surpassing the goals of just weight loss! After already having an amazing loss of 2.5stone theres been massive progress from our sessions together!
✔️ improved sleep
✔️ decreased medication
✔️ no migraines
✔️ IBS under control

✅Food diary
Do you remember what you had to eat 3days ago or what you had for tea 4 days ago? Keeping a track of your food can help you balance out your intake over the whole week! Had a pack of biscuits Monday? Ok, move on and make better choices for the rest of the week remembering the pack of biscuits you devoured a couple days ago!

✅Only shopping for what you need
Honesty is the best policy, so be honest with yourself! do you really NEED all of those snacks in your house? Choose food groups and meals that are going to help you towards your goals and not so much snacks so that you won’t be tempted mid week! If you do feel like snacking you’ll have to make the decision on if it’s worth getting out the house to go to the shop for snacks! If it is then only get what you want there and then rather than excess that you don’t need and will end up eating because of boredom.

✅Increase nutrition knowledge, do your research
Knowledge is key, why? Where? What?
What is in your food? Why do you need certain types of foods? Where is your food sourced? All are very important questions you should know and need to know to help you closer to your goals! Getting familiar with the nutritional information on the back of your food label is the best place to start

✅ The size of your plate
If I sees, it I eats it! Downsizing doesn’t have to mean taking a loss, simply changing your plate to a smaller size will instantly lower your portion size, thus less daily calories! We won’t judge if your plate has unicorns or dinosaurs on it!

✅Still include the foods you love
Saving the most important till last! Like your favourite desert! Including the things you love will not only keep you sane! But will also keep you enjoying the process of eating less it will make the hunger pangs pang less! Which is imperative when making such a big life change, it’s what makes a new habit a permanent one! When was the last time you stopped doing something fun? …. Exactly! And ofcourse implementing all the factors above to make sure you don’t go overboard on your favourites snacky snacks!

4 weeks into learning a completely new style of lifting!
1 weeks difference between videos!
Whilst sometimes it might not feel like you’re making much progress and sessions can seem hard and relentless you have to look at the bigger picture and look how far you’ve come!
You’re ALWAYS going to have s**t or weak sessions that’s the life of exercise
Are you mentally strong enough to push through
Leave your ego at the door and be s**t at something to get good at it

Kelsey wanted to try something different so here we are and the progress is insaneeee! The strength is already there for Kelsey we just have to utilise it in a different way 💪😈

Any goal,

Requires adherence for it to be the most effective!
Kris proving 1 week of adherence can go a long way!!
The first weeks are always the hardest but if you push through you will be rewarded!
5lb loss in his first week! reduction in bloating and water retention, energy levels increasing, recovery improving!
Much more to come from this guy 💪😈
If I can say one thing about kris is he gets stuck in! Wether it’s endless burpees or endless lampost runs 😆 he’s not shy of graft! 💪 nice work kris keep it up! Excited to see your progress over the next coming weeks!

✨How to reach your new year goals✨

✔️Write down your goals, be honest with yourself about the length of time it will take you to get there!
What can you attribute to your goal daily that will push you forward and gage how long it will take you from those daily choices.

✔️Write down the small attributions you need to do daily to get to where you want to be! Once they’re written down they’re visible making them feel more attainable, you’ll feel in yourself if they’re too out of reach for the schedule you lead everyday

✔️Know and understand that it’s not one straight road to reaching your goal, mistakes and failure will happen but know that failure means learning and knowing what not to do next time! Failure means growth!

✔️Don’t over complicate or under estimate small growth! Progress is progress no matter the size! Celebrate each win and move on to the next step

✔️Add notes, reminders on your phone, stick a photo on your fridge, change your wallpaper on your phone to remind you of what’s important to you and why you’re doing what you’re doing! It can be easy to get side tracked or when things get too hard to give up! It’s a long road and you’re in it for the long run! It will be so worth it! 

✔️Don’t be afraid to ask for help! You’re not the first person to have the same goals and sometimes a fresh pair of eyes can have the sight you are unable to see, we get to the places we want to be alot quicker together than we do alone! We are stronger together!

Sometimes the biggest changes aren’t the ones you see but the ones you feel!!
Laura has blown it out of the water!
✔️Going from 4+ cans of pop a day to 0!!!
✔️No migraines for a week (NEW RECORD since she was 18)
✔️Slowly coming off medication and getting in tune with her body!
✔️Freshly prepared meals instead of greggs and McDonald’s!!
To say you’ve changed your life around is an understatement!
✔️And all along loosing a substantial amount just before her op in January!

I gave you the bricks and you are building your dream!
You should be so proud of yourself for attacking it like you are with pure resilience because I sure am! 2022 is your year!!

Client Frankie’s 6 week progress!
Massive credit where it’s due!
Juggling life isn’t easy, I’m not a mother and I struggle to find the time some days so although I can’t fully understand what it’s like to have your hands full with children AND try and find yourself in your own body I take my hat off to you women who feel like your body was taken away from you and now you’re fighting to get it back!
Even if it’s the little things like stopping eating your child’s snacks 😆 it all makes a difference in the long run!
