We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of our incredible General Manager, Lucy, who is now a Senior General Manager! 🎉

Just to clarify, she will still be the General Manager of Falco, however she will be out visiting and supporting other sites within our patch. 🙌

Lucy has been working hard to get Falco to where it is now. Her thoughtful leadership and unwavering support have not only transformed our workplace and our team but have also made a significant impact on other Lounges within our area. She is always encouraging us to reach our full potential. Her door is always open, and her genuine care for each one of us is evident in everything she does.

We are so grateful for everything you are doing for us. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish in your new role. Here’s to new beginnings and continued success! 💙

🌻 Happy Sunflower Day 🌻

Today marks a year since we lost our Gaz. Our whole Falco family shattered that day and we’ve spent the last year doing what we can to honour his memory.

In December we raised over £1000 for the National Autistic Society in his memory for his little boy Theo. Emma, his loving wife, and (not so) little boy Theo come in and see us almost every week. We wore sunflowers to LoungeFest, and some of us even have sunflower tattoos.

Our world may have shattered that day but grief only exists where love lived first and Gaz was so loved by all of us 💛

So every August 31st, Falco will celebrate his life with sunflowers and fill the lounge with the joy of his memory 🌻
