December brings a challenging schedule for the Reds, with matches against Stevenage and Peterborough, currently in the top six, towards the end of the month. The team has struggled against top sides this season, securing only one point from matches against the current top 10 teams.
Despite this, Manager Collins and his team have to be eager to embrace the challenges of the festive period.
Collins always maintains optimism that his team can rise to the occasion and has faith in the depth and resilience to manage the demanding schedule. He puts on record many times that he is working diligently with his coaching staff on tactics and preparing for the upcoming matches, while also urging his players to remain focused and perform at their best, even against tough opposition.
The team must be determined to end the year on a positive note, knowing that successful performances in December could set them up for a strong second half of the season.
The support and passion of the Reds' loyal fans will undoubtedly be a driving force behind the team's efforts to make their mark on the league table.
As we approach the festive period, football fans can anticipate exciting performances and positive results from the Reds.
With the determination and hard work of Manager Collins and his team, coupled with the support of their passionate fans, the Reds are poised to take on the challenges ahead and end the year on a high note.

The Importance of a Football Club's CEO:
Balancing Financial Success and Fan Satisfaction
Many argue that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the most crucial role in a football club. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the organizations financial stability, but fans are unhappy if on-field performance is not prioritized.
When a new CEO takes over a club, they may have good intentions, but treating the club solely as a business can alienate supporters. It's essential to strike a balance between financial success and fan satisfaction.
Regarding our club, the outgoing CEO has been criticized for his negotiation skills, approach to agreements, and lack of engagement with the fanbase. To become a beloved CEO at Oakwell, it's crucial to balance business needs with the fans' desires.
Improving the CEO-Red Army Relationship at Oakwell is a must!
Although Khaled El-Ahmad may not have won the affections of the Red Army, what can the next CEO do to change that?
