I am so delighted that the The Old Apple Barn has found its new dream owner.

Another story where a property is on with another agent and lets be honest it didn't go well........ after having to wait a stupidly long time to come on with me (due to these ridiculously long contracts the high street have) we worked our magic 🪄

Within 24 hours of launching the property was sold for the full asking price to cash buyers meaning no chain and no fuss!
