Life and the world can feel incredibly overwhelming at times . We can feel dissconnected and lost. Never has there been a more important time for us to come together to feel Connection, Love and Support x🌟

This will be a beautiful sacred space to come together to remember how nourishing and healing it feels to deeply share with other women x You will feel safe and held in a sacred space x🌟

We will arrive and settle in through a grounding and heart opening meditation , allowing our heartt felt intentions to be be revealed x🌟

We will sing, chant and drum together x finding our voice, connecting to the earth and the universe x 🌟

We will share our stories and feel so deeply seen and heard x🌟

We will close with a guided deep yoga nidra and sound bath, to let go and rebalance x🌟

We ignite and rise up our Devine Femine energy x
Together we are so powerful x We learn to deeply listen to ourselves and others x we feel connected and whole x🌟

Come and join us for this healing event, give yourself the time and space to just stop, let go and relax.

You are invited to our shared intimate session of yoga movement with Julie Lea followed by a deep relaxation gong bath with Karen Vogelin.

We are looking forward to sharing our combined practices with you in Julie's beautiful Yurt called Shaktiva.

Once arrived in the space we will take a few moments before Julie takes us through a gentle practice of asana (yoga postures), pranayama ( breath work) and meditation, to reconnect with our bodies and really notice how we truely feel, tuning into those pockets of resistance , stress and past trauma. Through yoga we can learn to welcome whatever rises and then to let go 😊 Freedom !!!!!!

Karen will then take us into the gong bath, starting with the gentle sounds of the singing bowls and then into a deeply healing and powerful gong bath. The Gong is a powerful healing tool which aids in relaxing your mind, body and soul. All you need to do is relax and let the sounds take you on your own dreamy journey 🙂 At the end of the sounds we will lay silently listening to the birds and the sounds of nature. 🙏🥰

Please bring a comfortable mat, blankets & pillow to keep you warm during the relaxation. And maybe an extra jumper would be helpful as well as water to keep you hydrated.

The cost of this session is £20 payable in advance to secure your space.

This circle has been calling me for some time and right now feels perfect x🌟

This will be a sacred circle inclusive of all women of all ages and background x🌟

We will sit in ceremony and circle to heal deep feminine and sisterhood wounds x🌟
We raise the Devine Feminine Energy in ourselves and our beautiful mother earth x🌟

For the past 5000 yrs the devine femine energy in ourselves and mother earth has been stamped out by the patriarchy which has ruled most of the planet x
Our natural abilities to care for and nuture each other and all life, has been ridiculed and denied.
We each have the ability to deeply listen to our intuition and our deep sense of knowing what is right for ourselves, each other and the planet, has been belittled x 🌟

When we come together in circle, we learn to deeply listen to each other without judgement or the need to fix or rescue each other x We hear each others stories and experiences and know we are not alone x🌟
We feel safe to just be, without the need to be anything different than who we truely are x🌟

Our ancestors always sat in circle together, this is why is feels like coming home x🌟

The circle will begin with a heart opening meditation to ground us and come to a place of trust and surrender, the opposite of fear and control x🌟

Heart Centred x Authentic Yoga x🌟.

Each class will begin with a heart centred meditation to soften, open ourselves up to trust and feel our flow x letting go of fear x🌟.

Yoga movement to strengthen and stretch our body, clearing blockages for flow to happen x🌟.

Ending with a yoga nidra/ sound bath. A lying down, guided, deep relaxation to fully heal and restore, physically and energetically x🌟❤️🙏.
