As a small self employed business I rely on the continuity of my clients transacting business with me to be able to stay in business . I am very lucky to have wonderful clients who come back for my professional advice time & time again .

I pride myself in taking extreme care to place mortgage & protection business carefully to suit the needs of my clients . This involves very time consuming research on behalf of my clients and is much more time consuming when it comes to mortgage protection . Very often up to 3 hours work for which I do not charge my clients a fee .

As you will appreciate self employed people cannot work for free as they have a living to make just like the employed person .

Please may I respectfully make everyone aware that time is money and if I do research for you I would hope some business would be transacted with this to keep my business going and to be able to continue to help clients in the future .
