Happy 5 years to us!! 5 years of South Wales Martial Arts Academy! We are so proud of our continued work in the Vale of Glamorgan. Thank you all for the tremendous support 😊😊

A busy day at the centre yesterday! Starting off with Tai Chi 12pm to 1pm. We then had the Little Spartans Karate from 4pm to 5pm. Barry Kyokushin from 5pm to 9pm, and Barry BJJ from 7pm to 8.30pm!

Huge congratulations to members of Barry BJJ! If you'd like to train with them, they're members of SWMAA and train every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 8.30pm. 💪🏼

This year, South Wales Martial Arts Academy and Barry Kyokushin Karate Club are working with Boomerang Cardiff to provide presents for children facing difficulties and have the prospect of having a Christmas with no presents. I know this year had been tough for everyone, but if we could all give 1 gift to this charity, it could change Christmas morning for hundreds of children. 🎁
