I am looking for 10 people between the ages of 35 to 65 years old who are looking to lose weight and improve their wellbeing.
The eight week programme includes
🔥 3 sessions per week
🔥 Weekly challeneges
🔥 Nutrition guide and advice
🔥 Mindset sessions which will include breathing
techniques and relaxation.

Well what can I say......
I have been working with Helen Marley online since November and she has done incredibly well and has admitted to me that she now enjoys exercising.
I would like to thank her for the fundraising she has done for our pay it forward scheme, where with rehabilitation both physical and mentally through physical exercise.
She travelled down from Newcastle to have her head shaved by yours truly. Which resulted in raising £1100. Thank you.
As you will see in the video she was determined to flip the tyre, she has been wanting to do it for months ever since we set the date for the fund raiser.
Finally. It is Helen's birthday today. Please join me wishing her a Happy birthday hope you have had a great day.
Let me introduce you to John one of my rehabilitation clients.
John had a tumour on the spine which has now be removed but has left him with damage to his nerves in the spine that affected his walking and balance. These are repairable with some physical rehabilitation
When he came in two and half weeks ago he was using a pair of walking sticks and was very wobbly.
Eight thirty minute sessions over the two and half weeks and this is how he is now.... take a look 👀👀 at the video.

How would you like to use a gym where there is No Stigma? You can be just be you
How would you like a gym where there is no mirrors?... you will be surprised how many people dont go to the gym for that reason.
