Why do I train when i’m away?
Here’s the thing, I really enjoy it! Training in different locations is great for the endorphins and motivation. It helps me feel energetic and strong and gives me that bit of head space to recharge my mood and calm my brain. It’s often the only time I can get a bit of space!
I never force myself to exercise ever, and I never train because I feel bad for indulging.
I exercise because I want to, whether i’m on holiday or not. It’s a privilege to be able to lift and move.
We all have one body and we need to make sure we are looking after it to enjoy all that life has to offer. Being healthy and strong is the greatest investment we can make.
If I didn’t keep my body and mind strong I would be showing up differently for myself and my family and life it too short to not make the most of each day.
Let’s normalise holidays where you come back refreshed, recharged and ready, rather than tired and lethargic. After all isn’t that what holidays are supposed to be about?

Strength training is massively important in all areas of life, in particular when in perimenopause when bodies, energies and metabolisms change. Staying strong should be considered a necessity not a luxury.

Just a little info post to share my working hours in my beautiful Ladies Only Personal Training Studio.
I am a very busy bee but understand you probably are too, so I always try to be as flexible as I can be within these hours to make sure there is consistency each week with your weekly sessions, meaning you can get the results, both mental and physical that you are aiming for.
I’ve over 15 years experience in the strength and fitness world now and have trained hundreds of ladies at this time. The studio is equipped with the best in the industry, i’m a fab listener, it’s completely private (with parking!) and i’m all for a big hug and all the feel good music. Most importantly i have oodles of experience and offer a holistic and knowledgeable approach to strength and fitness.
