I’m so looking forward to in October. It will be my third year serving up my themed vegan menus at the event and I truly love it. It’s such a friendly festival and it takes over pretty much the whole of the tiny, beautiful city. And amazingly it’s totally free. Do yourself a favour and put Sunday October 13th in your diary.

I’m going back to my roots with this weekends menu. Indian Tapas. My grandma probably wouldn’t approve, as it’s not traditional - but then neither am I.

There are 10 spices in my Ras el Hanout mix. It means “top of the house”, the best spices available. Traditionally the mix included hashish, but I tend to leave that out!🤣 this batch is about to be freshly ground to go in my Moorish Potatoes which will be roasted in the oven for an hour and a half. My Meze brings all the boys (and girls) to the yard. It’s delicious, but I have to charge. See you on Friday ‘s yard.
This Saturday, I’m back at my usual pitch before I’m off popping-up somewhere else the following weekend. Looking forward to seeing my regulars with a lovely Eastern Mediterranean Meze, perfect for a midsummer feast. See you there early.

All ready ads lead to Bristol this weekend! Very excited to be serving up our tapas menu for the first time, this Saturday. It’s certainly very busy in the prep kitchen right now.
Aubergine pilaf is looking fantastic in the sunshine this morning. Come down to today and grab a bowl.
I’m back this weekend with a very summer menu. That sauce is scorthalia, it’s a delicious Greek almond and garlic sauce with copious amounts of olive oil. It makes everything better. You can grab some on Saturday and Sunday .
Half term holidays in Hartlepool visiting family. The sunshine and fantastic clouds. The street art does a great job of camouflaging the pub!
