Babies take so much pleasure in listening to and exploring the different story books on offer. Do you know we have a lending library outside our nursery where you can borrow and swap books. We love seeing people from our local community pop by 😀

We're having an open evening 🤩 If you are looking for a toddler or pre-school place then we'd love to show you around! If babies is what you need then we are able to start offering some availability from autumn 2024.

Theres no need to book, pop along between 6.30-7.45pm on Wednesday 13th September for a show around & a chat!

Pre-school took a trip to our allotment this morning and had a wonderful time searching for mini beasts 🐞

Some of our Babies, Toddlers & Pre-schoolers took a bus trip into Bath today to explore the wonders of Parade Gardens. The children found awe & wonder in the plants, the long leafy trees & the beautiful ducks on the River Avon. How lucky are we to live and play in such a wonderful city 🦆🌿

Our Toddler & Pre-school children have been working really hard developing their chopping skills using our child friendly utensils. Once everyone had a go at chopping lots of yummy veggies we then cooked them and had them for an afternoon snack... yummy 😋

Yesterday, our babies took a trip on the bus into town to explore Bath and North East Somerset Libraries before popping into costa for a well earned baby-chino and snack break!

Thank you to Bath and North East Somerset Libraries for visiting us today in the mobile library, we had a wonderful time reading stories and choosing books to borrow!

Today has been ALL about rainbows! We have explored colours and patterns, we mixed, we've created and we've even eaten a rainbow!

On Mondays & Wednesday's the Lovely Miss Alison from Little Dancers comes to nursery to lead Ballet sessions for all of our children 🩰

This year we celebrated the Father figures in our lives by hosting our very first pizza party for all of our nursery families. We had so much fun making pizzas together and spending the afternoon playing with our familiar adults- we can't wait for more fun filled family events! 🍕

Today we've been busy planting sweetcorn, pumpkins & courgette seeds. We are going to care for them in our garden greenhouse and grow them big enough so we can replant and them at our local allotment!

The children at The Power of Play Nursery have enjoyed spending time in the garden exploring different ways to play with water, they've especially loved making their very own bubbles 🫧

The children at The Power of Play Nursery have enjoyed spending lots of time in our garden & at the local park today. We've collected lots of natural materials to use in our play whilst also hunting for bugs 🐞🌿
