After reviewing all of our entries across the globe, our panel of judges have decided, AND THE WINNERS ARE...⁠⠀⁠⠀

MAT from 12RND Mornington and
CHRIS from 12RND Camberwell!

Both Chris and Mat took on the Training Camp like fighters and smashed their benchmarks, displaying tremendous improvements in their overall physical, mental and athletic performance.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
In just 6 weeks, Chris acheived an overall body fat loss of 10.3%, whilst also gaining 1.6kg of muscle mass, and beating every single one of her initial benchmark scores.

Meanwhile, Mat lost 10.5kg and dropped 10.3% body fat.
He also smashed his benchmarks, demonstrating massive improvements in his athletic performance.

After reviewing all of our entries across the globe, our panel of judges have decided, AND THE WINNERS ARE...⁠⠀

Amy from and Troy from !

Both Amy and Troy took on the Training Camp like fighters and smashed their benchmarks, displaying tremendous improvements in their overall physical, mental and athletic performance.

In just 6 weeks, Amy has lost 9.3kg, with an overall body fat loss of 9.4%, and a muscle gain of 0.4kg. She beat every single one of her initial benchmark scores, including an 8 rep gain to a total of 50 x Push up Into Clean and Press with a Deadball!

Meanwhile, Troy lost 7.9kg, dropped 7.3% body fat and gained 0.5kg of Muscle.
He also smashed his benchmarks, demonstrating massive improvements in his athletic performance.

Our Coaching Screens will take your padwork to the next level.

Each boxing round, the Coaching Screen will demonstrate the combo so you can get started on the bag, and give your coach more time for one-on-one padwork to switch things up with footwork, evasion, speed and power.

One of the reasons our members get such great results and see quick improvements in their ability and fitness is because of the individual coach support 12RND provides. Each workout, your coach can see you progress and continue to challenge you overtime to push further and further. And with each padwork session, they can continue to increase the intensity and difficulty as you get better over time.

Our workouts replicate the physical demands of a 12 round championship bout; there are 12 x 3-minute rounds with 30 seconds rest between. Each workout is completed in under 45 minutes which is the optimal duration for high-intensity training, maintaining the right balance between effort and results!

The UBX Experience also means no fixed class times - arrive anytime during club hours, and you'll have a program ready for you to get straight into your 12 round workout!
