Happy New Year guys! (Sorry, it’s a little late for that!) I’m always trying to improve the guitar lesson experience for both my pupils and myself. I’ve never been much one for decorations. My poor pupils have had to stare at the boring blank wall behind me for the last two years that I’ve been teaching online via Zoom! So, I surprised myself the other day by purchasing this lovely print of one of my absolute favourite fingerstyle guitarists of all time, the legendary Nick Drake. (I’ve also hung a miniature toy guitar on the wall, which has confused several pupils into thinking it’s a full sized guitar far away! 🤣)
Other improvements to my set up include a much-improved we**am and a new audio interface (which greatly improves the sound quality!)
Things are finally coming together!
