We recently refurbished this tired out kitchen for a local landlord. We had our gas engineer out to put in a new boiler and change its height and fit a radiator into this cold room also a full re-wire by our sparkie.
Fresh, clean and simple.

We managed to squeeze this new ensuite into a bedroom for this customer. The spec and size was all picked out by the architect and it's probably the smallest ensuite we've ever done but it works

We recently refurbished this cloakroom toilet and utility room for a family in Livingston. We utilised the space in the bulkhead by concealing the cistern and moving the sink unit back making more space in the room. We removed the sink unit in the utility room allowing the tumble dryer to be moved into the room next to the washing machine. The herringbone flooring also makes the room feel more spacious.

This bathroom is just ready for paint after we completely refurbished it.
We swapped the toilet and sink position and added a custom L shaped spa bath. We built the wall to fit the bath that allowed us to also add a small cubby.

How it started v How it’s going ☺️

This family had many discussions about their dream bathroom and decided we were the company to pull it all together. We built the toilet unit from kitchen units also adding our custom oak shelving.
We removed the bath and shower cubicle while adding a large walk in shower and creating more floor space by moving the toilet and sink.

Super proud to show this one off!🤩 Our latest project we completed for a great local customer.

In this ensuite we switched the toilet position so you aren't facing the wall. We added a larger sink and built in some cubbys with mood lighting.

As you may have noticed, all of our bathrooms are completely different. That’s because we cater to our customers taste trying our best to give them exactly what they want while giving them exactly what they need.
This bathroom was no exception, we ripped out the old design adding more space in the shower and creating easier access. We also added some live edge oak counter tops.

This is just a few photos of a month long project we took on for a repeat customer. There was 3 different areas in this house that we restructured completely by moving walls, adding cupboard space, fitting 10new oak doors and turning a small cloakroom toilet into a fully functioning wet room shower.

From the micro-cemented walls to the bespoke handmade oak worktops, there’s so many elements to this room that still make us very proud!

It’s always a huge compliment to be asked back by a previous customer to carry out a second or third project in their home.

Still in love with this renovation we completed last year and look forward to showing you what we’ve been working hard on recently when we were asked back.
