It was a pleasure installing the first phase of the new gym at FUJI FILM’s brand new UK Head Quarters today in Bedford.

FUJI FILM have a massive global presence in photography and more so recently in healthcare.

The company is all about being green and championing sustainability.

Today, we have installed a 100% recycled rubber gym floor, sourced from our manufacturers in Europe.

The larger rubberised space will accommodate some strength equipment, (adjustable pulley, free weights, squat rack and a weights bench), whilst the opposite side will be home to 4 cardio machines.

Another Transformation Done!

We had the pleasure of working with Natasha from the this independant gym is such a great place to train. Its spacious, offers a great array of equipment, and now boasts a brand new functional area and cardio area.

We used our 20mm premium rubber in both of these areas along with edging strips and bevelled edge tiles to finish.

When installing your new flooring finish it in the right way by using our rubber edging strips.

These are 1m long and transition from 20mm down to 3mm. This can help to reduce trip hazards in you training space, and it finishes the install off properly

We have had more and more people come to us asking questions about acoustics and vibration. We have a few different products that can help to further reduce sound and vibration from your training space.

Our mixed colour floor is going to be instock from June. Getting a speckled floor for less than a pure black for is virtually unheard of. However due to our attention to detail in our manufacturing and recyled processes we have made it possible.

This floor is not made with rubbish though its made of only the best SBR rubber, Polyeurethane binder and Epdm mixed colour granules.

Another install done last week.

Our 20mm flooring is cut to perfection everytime, this gives precise and flawless appearance when installed.

On this install we experienced damp in a BIG way.

After the owners unfortunatley experienced a flood in their home we needed to lay down more than just rubber.

We treated this floor with a damp proof membrane followed by a suitable levelling compound. And only then did we lay our custom blue fleck 20mm premium ruber 1x1m tile.

A recent job completed by our install team using our grey fleck 12mm jigsaw 50x50cm tile.
