We are looking 🔎 to grow our team and presence in the North and ideally looking for someone from Leeds, Manchester or the M62 corridor. Each year globally, the 25th November is the International day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. UN Women UN Women UK

We salute:

The Fondation Raja-Danièle Marcovici this year will donate €40,000 to be shared between 30 Non-Profit Organisations in 19 countries of the Group and here at RAJA UK, we have nominated our local Charity Mk Act Charity (Milton Keynes Women's Aid) https://www.mkact.com/

Mk Act Charity (Milton Keynes Women's Aid) is a charity in Milton Keynes which works with over 100 families’ every day to help them move on from fear and abuse. They have been providing safe emergency accommodation in Milton Keynes for people and their children escaping domestic violence for over 45 years. Domestic abuse occurs across society, regardless of age, gender, race, sexuality, wealth, and geography. MK Act offers help to anyone aged 16 years and above across Milton Keynes.

What will the Group and RAJA UK be doing to support?

🚶‍♀️ We will be walking for Women's rights between Monday 20th November and Thursday 30th November, with a goal to reach 50 million steps together!

When we have reached our goal, the Fondation Raja-Danièle Marcovici will donate 40,000 euros to 30 non-profit women's rights organisations across the 19 countries of the Group.

This year Mk Act Charity (Milton Keynes Women's Aid) will receive a cash donation on behalf of Fondation Raja-Danièle Marcovici
