It's not long until out next event, did you know that the Saturday and Sunday after that we have people running at Bedford Running Festival to raise some money for us?
Not only that but we will also be raffling off an amazing hand painted guitar - if you find our stall at Run Fest you will see it
Not going to make it but won't be able to see us at Run Fest? No problem there is a link in the comments to purchase your raffle ticket on line

Our next disco is our 15th birthday party so come and celebrate with us! Live bandeoke, DJ, cake, ice cream van and all the usual.🍹🎈🎤🎧💃🕺🎂

Hello Living It Uppers. What a great night we had on Friday! Just to let you all know someone who attended tested positive for COVID the morning after so just be aware if you get any symptom's.
We will soon be busy planning our next events so watch this space.

Tomorrow night is our DISCO! Russell Park club 7-11pm £5 it's going to be a banger so looking forward to seeing you all there!
