๐ well a lot has changed since I last posted on this page.
I am now a qualified fitness instructor and about to be a qualified personal trainer.
I took my passion/hobby and I am turning it into a business. โจ๏ธ
I am so motivated to help women feel happier and confident in themselves and what their bodies can do for them. Along with moving our bodies and getting stronger you will learn to appreciate all that our bodies do for us on a daily basis and find happiness in the now rather than always chasing the next thing.
One thing I have learned the hard way is no matter what you think will make you happy, you will always find something else to pick apart once you achieve that goal.
I will be posting more details soon but who would be interested in a 9 week bootcamp over the summer months in millisle. If I get enough people I will be putting on 2 - 4 30-40 minute classes per week ๐

Exercise is good for so much more than looking good. It helps mental health, strengthens bones and muscles, releases feel good endorphins and is good for your heart most of all โค๏ธ
Everyone should do some kind of exercise everyday even if it is going for a walk ๐ฃ

What do you do to clear your mind when you are stressed or just have so much going on?
For me it is always a workout, if I am feeling down, stressed, or annoyed it just always lets me get out of my head for an hour or so and forget about everything. ๐ฏ
It is so important to find something that you love and that helps you take time out.

Okay so does anyone else have a constant argument with themselves over whether they should keep 'bulking' or go into a 'cut'?.
A lot of times when I look at myself and I see what is in this picture i get so upset and angry at myself for putting on weight that I had worked so hard to lose. But then another part of my brain is saying no you need to keep pushing through, you are wanting to grow muscle and you are healthier now than what you were.
So many times I have come close to doing HIIT workouts or going for runs just to burn more calories, as that's what I did in the past (not healthy). It's so hard to stop thinking like that and having the feeling that I need to be skinnier but also have curves in all the right places.
This is why I want to keep posting pictures that I would never have thought I would post for people to see. I also like posting flattering ones as I work bloody hard to achieve the muscle I have ๐คฃ

Feeling a lot 'thicker' recently. Even though that is what I have been working towards it is sometimes hard to deal with. Everyday is different. Especially when I worked so hard to lose weight, it feels abnormal to be wanting to gain weight now. If only you could only put weight on where you want it , ie my glutes ๐. Unfortunately it goes everywhere and I have accepted that. Life isn't about having abs all year round, and you have to have exceptional genetics to achieve that, especially being a woman as we tend to hold more 'fat' around our mid section. Also we have a uterus that likes to stick out ๐. I love the fact that I feel so strong now and I am progressing in weight training. My goal is not to be 'skinny' anymore. It is to be strong and healthy and whatever that looks like on me I will learn to love it โค๏ธโค๏ธ
Here's to not putting my body through HIIT workout after HIIT workout just trying to burn calories.
I hope that whoever needs to see this today sees it and learns to love their bodies ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

Make sure to live your life for you. ๐ฏ. Don't worry what anyone is thinking or saying, as long as you love what you are doing that's all that matters. Life is too short. ๐
Let's normalise that bodies have rolls, cellulite, stretch marks and any other 'imperfections' that you can think of.
Even if you have a 6 pack and low body fat, when you move your body into certain positions there will be rolls, it's called skin. ๐
You have to learn to love yourself 'flaws' and all because even if you set yourself a target of what you think is the 'perfect' body and you reach it, you still won't be happy. You will be fixated on changing something else and this will happen over and over.
We need to realise that there are just some things that exercise can't change eg stretch marks, cellulite and having skin folds.
I hope this makes sense and helps anyone out there struggling to love their bodies ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
The only person stopping you is YOU ๐ฏ
There are so many reasons to work out other than for to look a certain way.
Any exercise is worth doing to keep your heart stronger, keep mobility good especially as you get older and overall health is improved. Also it is very good for mental health as it releases good endorphins ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
Just find something you enjoy and stick with it ๐ค๐ค
