🌟 A brilliant few days with the Scaffold Digital team at our annual company retreat at L***y Beg Island Resort and Spa! 🌟

It was great fun from start to finish—there's no doubt the Scaffold team is a competitive bunch, with team activities taken very seriously, with even some sabotage thrown in😆.

The highlight was flying in our international team and having (nearly) everyone there in person. It was wonderful to see everyone together, enjoying each other's company!

What a team 💪🌟 We are already looking forward to the next retreat!

Despite the 3am alarms, a few espressos worked their magic! Tim and Amy had a great day at the Digital Transformation Conference yesterday in London, hosted by Roar Media. They took the opportunity to make new connections and listen to insights from industry giants on their digital journeys.

A takeaway that resonated with us: It's crucial to identify and revamp outdated internal systems hindering productivity. Some standout stats were shared; 96% of employees are dissatisfied with workplace tools, and 1 in 3 believe their business tech isn't fit for purpose. If this sounds familiar, we'd love to help your business, just as we're doing for many of our other clients.

Hearing from FTSE 500 heavyweights reinforced our confidence in our own processes like Agile project management and our approach to tech delivery and cloud infrastructure. And as for AI, no one has it cracked yet!
