We have quality gluten free pasta, gnocchi, porcini risotto, pumpkin risotto, couscous with vegetables, polenta, and more (including chocolate truffles).

After 13 wonderful years we have decided to end our time trading at . Don’t worry we’re not going away, you’ll still find the usual selection of our buns in all the cafes we supply to. We have made some great friends during this time so expect to bump into us as visitors to the market in future!

They say that every cloud has a silver lining and the silver lining to the cloud that is my melanoma diagnosis is that we’ve realised our time is the most precious commodity we have. It’s limited and we all owe it to ourselves to spend it the way that’s best for us.

We’re thinking of trialling a monthly pick up from us so you can still get your hands on your favourite buns. At the moment it’s just an idea, once we know more about my treatment plan we’ll know if it’s feasible or not so watch this space!!

Thank you so much to you our loyal customers for your unwavering support, we’ve also made some wonderful friends in you too. We’re super grateful and wish you the very best for the future.

Hey, just wanted to share with you the cafes and shops where you’ll find a selection of our buns.

Hey everyone, just a wee update from us.

We will not be back at St George’s this coming weekend and to be honest I’m not sure when we will be.

We had a pretty big second half of 2023 with me being diagnosed with stage 2C malignant melanoma mid October. Thankfully so far there’s no evidence of disease elsewhere however I am awaiting further surgery and biopsies. To say it’s “big” is an understatement, it’s been pretty emotionally and physically challenging.

So my top priority for the next wee while has to be me and as difficult as I find that it’s really important that I put myself first.

You’ll still be able to find all the usual buns at all the usual cafes and stores that we supply.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support of our business and for allowing me to continue doing what I love.

That being said we need a bit more rest so we will be back at on Saturday 13 January. In the meantime you will find the usual selection of our buns at the usual places. Please see our previous post for details of who we supply to.

Raspberry & white chocolate flapjacks with a pistachio topping this week as somebody forgot to order more freeze dried raspberries 🙈. Anyway, they look fab and they’ll be available at our stall at on Saturday 9 to 3 😍



Spotted in Tesco Knocknagoney today - panettone and savoury biscuit selection. Not sure of other allergens but they’re on the shelves now for anyone looking to stock up on Christmas bits 😍
