WHAT?
For a regular practitioner - All of the classic postures you are familiar with curated and sequenced in a way that is inspired/influenced by local mythology.
For a beginner - each session starts simple and as we progress there are options provided throughout practice for you to control the complexity and challenge.

HOW?
Start date tbc
Registration is open and this class happening will depend on a minimum number of people signing up, so expressions of interest are welcome here or via email.

This Thursday .yoga our Thursday Evening class continues on, as it was/is regularly scheduled.

A vinyasa twist practice inspired by Ashtanga.
We begin with the traditional sequences of Surya Namaskar A & B before opening the practice to 'standing sequences' with a vinyasa breath led movement approach. Expect to build heat, some twisting TORC flow sequencing all in a nice 60min Evening package

This is a regular Colektiv session so its on the Glofox system and all Colektiv passes/memberships and pass rates apply

We kick start back into another set of Tues Evenings Online, beginning Tomorrow!
Every Tuesday 6pm... we have a small group of dedicated and friendly yogis that show up each week for a chat and some Vinyasa.

You are welcome to come along too, simple vinyasa yoga with options for beginners and those already familiar with a yoga practice.

This weekend brings a Longclass back to .yoga Holywood, Belfast
A 90min Spearflow offering inspired through the lens of mythology & Asana.

Using the concept of 'G*e Bolg, or Belly Spear' - A 'Spearflow' explores the muscles around the belly & low back that encircle and sheath our spine, our 'Spear'.

With a grasp of our spear we can further explore finding length and reach in the body through a balance of low & high warrior sequences complimented by supported holds using props.

This months Spearflow has an element of inspiration from old kings, using wall structured postures to access King Arthur Pose and from there further explore.

This practice is structured on alternating waves of active & still Asana looping back on a similiar focus.

In celebration of 1 full cycle of TORC & the idea of tending to and raising one spear can yield and raise a host of spears to follow, our practice will evolve from a simple spine focus to the potential of a full creative sequence.

One full year has passed since TORC began, I am very proud of how is has grown and everything a year has allowed to happen. I am also very thankful to each of you who had joined me online or in studio last year, for coming along when you can or making it a regularly part of your week it has been wonderful!
