Direct browpexy focuses on elevating the eyebrow, enhancing the natural lid crease without removing skin, ideal for mild brow ptosis. Unlike blepharoplasty, which removes excess skin and fat from the eyelid, browpexy is best suited for cases where brow position is the primary concern.

Browpexy is a subtle brow elevation, whereas blepharoplasty is for addressing heavy or droopy eyelids.

It is recommended to undergo the procedure after anti-wrinkle treatment, to weaken the muscles, reducing the risk of dislocation of the sutures.

The expected duration of results from a direct browpexy can vary depending on factors like the individual's skin elasticity, age, and lifestyle. This gentleman wanted a more classically ‘masculine’ lower face. I achieved this by adding width and squareness to his jawline and chin.

In addition we wanted to address subtle asymmetry in his chin which was noticable on close examination.
