Exciting news for our members in 2023, will be introducing HYROX sessions into our timetable🤯

What is HYROX I here you ask?

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times 😅

We train as a group in the gym preparing and attending a few events a year for anyone who wants to get involved 🏆

They have events all around Ireland and the world, train for a individual event a relay or doubles and of course it’s all for a bit of competitive fun 🤩

Something to get our teeth into next year as a gym and push those who want to take their conditioning up a level 📈
