A wet park run complete.✅ Another PB in the bag, I was worried going away was going to stump my progress. How wrong was I. Living and finding that balance is what’s going to help you reach your goals. 80/20 balance, you have to enjoy the process to make it a life style change. 💥

2024 is the year I push myself out of my comfort zone. May 10th my 1st amateur boxing fight. This training hasn’t been easy but I know it will click soon. If you want to see a change mentally & physically you have to make a change. So glad I started. Exciting things happening. 💫💫
Holiday mode activated ✅ excited to go away and have some quality family time and of course smash my training in the sunshine. 7 weeks of training, 47days alcohol free time for some fun💥

My Monday motivation….6 months postpartum. 8 weeks between these photos and the weight is coming off. I’m taking the long road I don’t like to give up any of the foods I enjoy. So proud of the difference in photos. I’m a busy mumma trying her hardest. I decided last week to up my step count and sharpen up my diet and it’s paying off. It’s never to late to start your fitness journey. Keep going I promise if you stick in that calorie deficit and move your bodies it will happen.

11 weeks postpartum…..Time is going by so fast. Loving my new gym set. I finally took the plunge and wore a bit of colour. 👌🏾

1st week of the summer holidays. Time to try and keep my toddler occupied, whilst looking after my 10 week old. Keep on track with my healthy eating, fit in work and working out. Jeeeeezzzzzz I’m exhausted at the thought of it. Motherhood is full on 24/7 and lately I’ve felt more overwhelmed than ever. But I love my girls. I just need a spa day ASAP 🤣
10 weeks postpartum today I still don’t have a flat tummy. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror yesterday whilst getting ready for dinner. I didn’t like what I saw. It’s ok to feel sad and pine for your body before kids. I’ve been on this postpartum journey before. It took me a longgggg time to get back to a place where I’m comfortable. Goodbye negative voice in my head. I will be back stronger. For now I just have to not quit and keep chipping away.
Happy Wednesday….I’m excited to get back to work tomorrow for the . Cannot believe how quick those 11 weeks maternity leave have gone. The response i’ve had from my mamas on the app is overwhelming. I love my job and i’m so passionate about keep my mamas fit and strong in the pre and postnatal phase. I’m on a journey myself and excited to see where I can get to 🥰
Happy Saturday to all my lovely followers….I know the world is a bit of weird place at the moment. But promise me you will keep pushing through the COVID-19 crap. We need to get our world back open soon. If it’s ok for football stadiums to be half full, Wimbledon and ascot to have spectators. Then we can surely start to open up the rest of the world. We have got to start living. Praying we have some normality soon 🙌🏾

Happy 8 weeks my little Bobbi. My body is still recovering and healing from having my 2nd csection. I feel like I’m recovering much quicker this time as it was an elective. This could be because my body didn’t go through the labour process for 3 days like my 1st pregnancy. I’m back exercising because I love how it makes me feel mentally. I’m excited to start back on my fitness journey and hopefully enter my 1st CrossFit competition by the end of the year. Fitness is my passion and I hope I motivate you all to come on this journey with me 💕
