Morning all
We’ve received a couple of calls last night and a few this morning complaining about the noise from the bullfrog in the field and the fireworks.
We felt (as we had to last year and probably next year too) that we would have to place in writing, the well run event is nothing to do with the Coach and Horses other than the fact it takes place in the field next to our property.
That said the HAMC put on a very good event, they organise the traffic on a Thursday and Friday as people arrive to reduce road delays, they advertise consistently for the months leading up to the event, they bring a boost to our local economy, naturally both pubs get an uplift in trade, as do the four takeaways and I imagine both shops too. They leave the area incredibly clean once they vacate (unlike images we see after music festivals)
The HAMC do a huge huge amount for good causes constantly and have the backing of a large proportion of our community for the boost they bring to our area, if there are any concerns as we have said on the phone, the guys have their own social media page “bullfrog bash” or they always man the gate Thursday to Sunday.
We want to thank them for another great event this year and look forward to seeing them all again next year.
What’s on tap this weekend at the Coach.
We’ve got;
A bit of Ruff £3
Kim Jong Ale £3
Osama Bin Lager £3.90

In Cider £3.90
Berried in cider £4.50
Ale Pacino £4.50

This time next week the bullfrog starts in the field behind the pub.
It promises to be a busy weekend for the entire village. 🥰
