What is Self-Love? Here are a few suggestions for you to practice:
1. Self-Compassion: when you are struggling remember to be kind to yourself; patient and compassionate.
2. Self-Expression: means being who you really are, not what you think others want you to be. Live life how you want to.
3. Self-Validation: reassure yourself that your feelings and experiences matter by affirming your feelings, emotions and choices. You matter.
4. Self-Discipline: set yourself healthy limits e.g. limiting unhealthy or self-sabotaging behaviours. Create and stick to healthy habits and self-care practices.
5. Self-Discovery: do you know who you are at soul level? What your purposes in life are? What brings you purpose and fulfilment in life?
