🔸Clients objective: A mother of two young children under the age of 5. Struggling with bloating, fatigue, sluggish and not feeling particularly great about herself. First time having a colonic ever!

Some vegetables may have been the potential cause of bloating, gas, trapped wind, excess wind and the horrible feeling of being uncomfortable in your own skin, during this Christmas period.

These vegetables can include:
•Sprouts
•Broccoli

•Kale
•Beans

These vegetables contain a sugar known as Raffinose. Unfortunately we do not have a digestive enzyme present in the upper part of the digestive tract to breakdown raffinose. Therefore it is broken down in the lower part of the digestive tract and starts to ferment creating excess wind and bloating.

Raffinose is not bad for you it happens to impart good health benefits to the body too.
