A question we get asked a lot.

"What's included in a maintenance check/service?"

So, here it is ! Every Diff is stripped and checked. The l*d is rebuilt and set to customer requirements.

Using new spring washers, LSF bolts, and shims.

Photos are of a used Diff that's in for maintenance.

This is a brisca F2 diff we built a while ago.

It was rebuilt equipt with a Titan L*D and has raced many of race meetings.

It was a virgin, a differential straight out of a road car.

We built it and advised that it does 1 or 2 meeting Max, we wanted it back for a maintenance check, as it will have lost preload.

Now this diff comes back to us every 3/4 meetings for maintenance and it's still as good as the day it was built.

It's important to get your diffs serviced don't just fit and forget as it will cost you more money in the long run.
