There’s a show called ‘Wonder Boy’ showing in the Grand Theatre from Thursday 3rd-Friday 5th October, all the performances will have Captions with only 4th October Friday night 7.30 pm performance which will have Captions and BSL. The interpreter will be Stage Left which means on the audience’s right
We rarely have 3 nights in a row with captioned performances so please encourage people to attend.

InteGreat Theatre were awarded £39,940 by People's Health Trust for a two-year project to provide creative workshops to hearing and deaf people across Birmingham.
This project offers participants the opportunity to develop confidence and promote wellbeing through working equally and collaboratively to create theatre performances, while learning new skills through workshops.
Using money raised by HLWM through The Health Lottery this grant was awarded by People’s Health Trust through Active Communities. A programme, which invests in local people and groups to make their communities even better.

Workshop 1 - Wednesday 7th September - Individual artworks
This workshop will last 90mins and teach entry level spraying techniques on gradients, dripping and can control.
At the end of this workshop each attendee will have completed their own individual artwork to take home.
Workshop 2 - Wednesday 28th September - Collaborative artwork
This workshop will last 90mins and educate on the power of collaborative art specifically through murals and street art. After the presentation all attendees will work collaboratively to create an artwork using the techniques that have been taught over the two workshops.
