They are just some of our wonderful nurses working at the Trust. They are caring, dedicated and passionate about their job.

And they want to make sure patients receive the best care possible.

As approaches, we will be sharing videos and photos of our nurses all week to show our appreciation for everything they do.

A huge congratulations to Dr Sarb Clare, one of our acute medicine consultants, who received her MBE today from Prince Charles.

The medic has treated hundreds of COVID patients who have been in our care.

She said: “It is a privilege for me to serve the local community who face huge health inequality and very humbling for my work to be recognised in this manner. It’s even more poignant in a year which has been turned upside down due to the coronavirus pandemic."

And doesn't she look amazing?

In case you're wondering...yes - those are the Manolo Blahnik shoes just like the ones Carrie wears in . The dress? Alex Perry and that hat? K J Millinery Bespoke Hats & Fascinators

What an achievement for such a deserving doctor.
