We're thrilled to hear about the exciting research projects for the treatment of UTI in people with SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) funded by Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research! It's incredible news with potential "life-changing" implications.

“People with SCI suffer with more bladder infections (urinary tract infections) than average, and the more complex mix of bladder bacteria in people with SCI makes them more difficult to treat.” explained Derek Cutler, SMSR Research Manager.

Excited to announce that our Scientific Advisory Board has given the go-ahead to fund two new projects tackling Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) prevention.

We’ll be sharing further details of the two projects at our virtual webinar (via Zoom) kindly sponsored by Hollister Incorporated on Monday July 10th, 1pm-2pm, with special guest speakers.
