Beaver Scouts are aged 5 3/4 to 8 and our colony having a wonderful time enjoying games, storytelling making things, outdoor activities, singing, playing games, going out on visits, investigating nature, listening to stories, learning how to be safe, trying new things and most importantly, making NEW FRIENDS! Great games delivered from our cubs Zahrah for beavers tonight then beavers went to do their experiment badge with Skittles to find the difference between hot and cold water reactions to the sweet. Then cubs carry on with their painting and got some awarded tonight. Thank you to all leaders volunteers who were there while our Group lead volunteer and our trustees went to County AGM. Well done everyone 👏 👍 😀

Very productive night at 211th. We invested 2 new leaders today, Haleema and Sahill. Welcome to 211th 🎉🎉🎉⚜️⚜️⚜️
Beavers finished off their international and money skills badge, bravo Beavers 💪🎉⚜️
Cubs started with painting their canvas and should be finish off next week. Also we have new cub and invested Zahrah into our group as well. Well done cubs 👏 👍
Scouts had Mocktail Masterclass today with Josh and Sahill, and they did so well. If you like sour drink ask them to make it for you next time 😂 Well done to all sections and thank you to all leaders who support today. Bravo to all 🎉🎉🎉⚜️⚜️⚜️✨️✨️✨️💜💜💜

Great night with beavers, we learnt about international scouting. The were amazed with the scarfs from different countries. The learnt about World Scout Jamboree, learnt to say beavers promise in Thai language and drew some flags.
Cubs learnt to play tennis.
Scout did some DIY catapults and DIY kite.
Well done to all sections and thank you to the leaders. Also we have special announcement for our leaders. We officially invested Liz to 211th today, congratulations Liz 🎉⚜️💜

2 more days to the Big Help Out weekend. Please join us with Councillor Cllr Lee Marsham - Your Labour Councillor for Nechells for The Big Litter Pick, Big Lunch together with St Matthews Community Centre. We have some food donations from Thailand Temple Wat Santiwongsaram and Min Min restaurant, Drinks and snacks from King Thai Therapy Birmingham and some more donations from our supporters. We had great time last Monday. Beavers were doing the healthy plate and problems solving game. Finished off their gardening badge and started the team challenges. Scout was doing the poem for Stephen Lawrence and learnt about bullied and racism. Well done to all children and leaders. Well done to all leaders too 👏👏👏⚜️⚜️⚜️

1st day back and we had beaver did the personal challenge. Cubs for gardening and scouts for team building, trouble solving and code of conduct. They also chose the badges that they want to do for their challenges. Well done to all and thanks to all leaders who were there tonight.
