Here’s a recent driveway we completed - this is such a huge space and there was only space for one car.
Now there is space for at least 3 cars, a specific space for bins and also a corner for plants and trees! The added fence enhances the size.
We think it makes a huge difference and adds lots of curb appeal 🙌🏼

We are making our way back from Disneyland Paris today after a lovely break for half term, where our eldest daughter got to dance on a Disney stage 💫

These progress pictures from a recent customer are fantastic!
This was a full landscaping job completed a few weeks ago, which included removing a huge rotten tree in the middle of the grass, new fences on all sides, patio, sleeper wall with steps, and finished with new turf.

You may have seen us on Edgewood Road in Rednal this past two weeks replacing a roof.

We pushed through the rain and wind to get it finished, and it looks so much better and more importantly is watertight and insulated.

What a busy week for us 🏠

As well as starting another extension, we’ve been transforming this pantry under the stairs to a downstairs toilet.
We love the sink on the toilet - water used to wash hands is put into the cistern to flush the toilet next time, great way to save money and space 🙌🏼

We are so proud to share this picture of Fiona, the one half of this business who is the first point of contact for all our customers, meeting PM Rishi Sunak at 10 Downing Street yesterday at a Community Champion reception 🥂

Fiona has run many community events in Rubery and Rednal, along with all the litter picking and community gardening in Rednal. Very proud moment 💚

What a stunning house to work on!

We changed this old and deteriorated roof and canopy with new membrane, battons and tiles. The results are amazing 🤩

We’ve had a busy few weeks, great start to the New Year 🙏🏼

For this job a few weeks ago (swipe for before pics), we were due to remove the render and replace with cladding, but once the render was removed, it was obvious all the wood was rotten. We took the window out and replaced the timber, and then refitted window, plastered inside and insulated and cladded outside.

We then removed the old flaky paint to the front of the house and repainted with a light grey.

To finish off, we added a disability handrail to the garden, added a path and laid new turf, complete with a large soak away.

One of the last jobs we completed in 2022 was a full outside renovation, including:

🏠 Complete new roof
🏠 Full house of windows
🏠 Bi-folds
🏠 Fascia and guttering

The customers are still deciding on what to do with their front door but we think the house is looking amazing in grey 🤩

We love transformation pictures!

The old driveway was supposed to be stones but the weeds had taken over 🌱

Now this newly block paved driveway is not only low maintenance but it makes the house look a lot tidier 🏠

Here’s a beautiful kitchen refit we completed a few weeks ago. We absolutely love the dove grey kitchen cupboards 🤩

Our diary is getting very busy for 2023, if you have been thinking of having any work done now is the time to get a quote in readiness of booking in for next year.

Last week we have been changing this UPVC porch (last picture) to a half brick and half UPVC one. We self levelled the floor and finished with quarry tiles.

We love doing work for returning customers, a few months ago we fitted the pitch roof above the garage 🏡

We have enjoyed completing this full kitchen refit, including new electrical wiring (with certificate), moving the gas supply for new position of the hob, re-boarded and plastered and new flooring. We also fitted a new smart light switch 💡

We love before and after pictures! It really shows you the difference of how a complete new roof can revitalise and renew the look of your house while also making it watertight and warmer (helping to save on those energy bills 😉)
This is the 14th roof we have completed in just Rednal alone 🙌🏼

We are so excited to share this finished single storey extension we have been working on the last few months. The job included:

🏠 All of the building work from start to finish, including the footings, piling, brick work etc. We also took out the internal walls.

🏠 Fitting of bifold doors, sky lights and new windows. Bifolds and windows have blinds inside the glass.

🏠 New roof, complete with guttering and fascia boards

🏠 Landscaping of garden including slabbing of two patios, new steps up to the grass, finished with new turf

🏠 Brand new fitted kitchen and appliances

🏠 All passed off by Building Control

We enjoyed completing this garden landscaping in West Heath a few weeks ago. As well as the stunning Indian sandstone patio, we added planters down the length of the garden using sleepers 🌱

A recent customer wanted more space and storage in their hallway, so we created an arched composite front door using space that was previously unused.
We then built storage boxes inside the door to make use of the space. We think it looks so much bigger!
