There was a Q&A with our Sales Director Dean Bick,
with a magazine last year and thought his advice may help some people when deciding on choosing the right contractor for them;

Q: How is the PBS company structured & why does it work?

A: From the start I have drawn on my background as a Professional Rugby Player. Within our head office or on site, the PBS Team consists of fantastic individuals who bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm. Successful teams work honestly and hard with pride & this is the PBS tried and tested winning formula that’s the reason for our growth, with an excellent reputation for transforming properties beautifully for our clients.

Q: What are your 3 TIPS for readers, when choosing a prospective Builder?

A: 1. Word of Mouth is vital and for us it is our best
form of advertising.

2. Ask for previous client references, see past projects or even ask to see projects they are currently working on so you can meet the guys that would be working on your project.

3. Look for a detailed Quotation - cheaper quotes
from my experience can be vague leaving the door
wide open for costs to spiral causing stress for
the client. The level of detail provided in the quote
is an indication of their overall workmanship &
professionalism.

Q: Describe a recent favorite PBS project & why?

A: There so many to name, but the biggest thing for me is when the customer shows gratitude for what we have created for them, its very rewarding.

A customer recently thanked me personally for reinstating her confidence in the building industry, after a previous terrible ordeal with a different builder. It makes our continuous strive to deliver all the more, heart felt and with real purpose.
