In this video, Bal speaks on the importance of facing and overcoming every battle, setting realistic goals either short or long term. Keep a positive mindset, positive thinking is important because it can have an impact on both your physical and mental well-being, it is also always great to find humour if you can in bad situations and always look for the positive.
Always remember if you believe you can achieve, tell yourself you can and you will.

We really are in challenging times…
It's important now more than ever we do all we can to reduce as much strain our government has imposed on us all.
This post is something I guess a lot of us feel we can relate to or will be relating to over these challenging times that we are all facing.
Regional Homes would like to offer any help, support, or advice to those that may find themselves in such difficult times.
Here are a few tips and advice that could be of help:
· Contact your local council to see if you are entitled to any kind of government help.
· For anyone with pre-payment meters your landlords would have received vouchers for gas and electricity to help you out, please contact your landlord to see if they’re happy to pass these on to you.
· Check your outgoings/direct debits regularly. Only pay for what you need. Cancel any unnecessary subscriptions.
· Turn your lights off when you’re not using them or when you leave a room. This will save you around £25 a year on your annual energy bills.
· Keeping your shower time to just 4 minutes could save a typical household £95 a year on their energy bills.
· If you are struggling with putting a meal together here are a great help in our surrounding areas.

It is clear from this that if your will and reasoning behind you is strong enough then dreams can come true but ultimately, it is you who controls and holds the power to your destiny.
If you are one of the many that have allowed your power to be taken from you by either fear, self-doubt, or insecurities around your capability then maybe it’s time to take back control.
Withdraw yourself from the majority where this mindset takes place and surround yourself with the positive and confident where examples of leadership, goals and dreams are being created and chased.
Challenges and obstacles you face should be seen as an opportunity to learn and grow and that falling or failing along the way shouldn’t scare you, but rather motivate you to know that you have at least learnt something new from your experience which again is only strengthening you along the journey.
Remember knowledge is power so the more opportunities that arise in being more knowledgeable will only enable you to become more powerful along the path.
